Byakugan
The Byakugan is a bloodline based ability only accessible by members of the Hyuga clan. This is the sharingan's predecessor. The Byakugan is also a pupil based ability which allows physical, emotional, and mental insight. In terms of insight the Byakugan is the most superior of the two. Anyone can recognize it just by looking in the eyes because the Hyuuga clan family members all have white eyes. The byakugan itself translates into "white eyes."
The sharingan did evolve from the byakugan but they are two different powers. The byakugan does not possess the ability to mimic techniques. But in spite of that, it is still powerful. Like said before, the byakugan is the most powerful in terms of insight.
The byakugan's fearful and devastating ability is that it can see through almost anything. It contains the ability to see chakra holes and openings. The jyuuken, which is the gentle fist type taijutsu, is incredibly effective when combined with the byakugan. The jyuuken is a taijutsu especially for members of the Hyuga clan to learn. First they activate the byakugan by performing a few hand seals. Then the use it to look through the person physically. This way they can see the chakra circulating through the chakra highway in their opponent's body. Then they attack by using the jyuuken type taijutsu and they make sure that they aim for their opponent's chakra openings. The users of the byakugan basically hit their opponents chakra openings directly and they can either stop the chakra flow or redirect it. This stopping of chakra and redirecting it is done by forcing the byakugan user's own chakra into their opponents chakra openings. The size of t hese holes are extremely minuscule. It is incredible for anyone to actually hit those holes considering that they are so small and that there are 361 points in the chakra highway. This is in terms of power and physical insight.
The byakugan has the power of mental and emotional insight. It can see what the person feels and is thinking at the moment just by reading their physical and outer gestures. For example, if one of the byakugan users looked into the eyes of their opponent, they could read what they are thinking. By reading what they are doing with their hands and other body movements, they can tell what that person wants to do. The insight of the byakugan is amazing and fearful. This is all in terms of it's power in mental and emotional insight.
Another of the byakugan's incredible abilities is that it can see 360 degrees around themselves. This allows them to respond more quickly to oncoming attacks. This also gives the byakugan user's opponent an unusual feeling like that their opponent has eyes on the back of their head. These are the incredible abilities of the byakugan. For all we know, there could be more.
Stage 2
At this level, the Jyuuken user drastically improves in speed. The ability to counter attacks and interpret movements was already at a high level, but adding speed to this means most attacks can be instantly reversed, altered, and combinations of counters can be situated. The user learns the second basic stance here, but will usually stick to the primary one. At this level, still, all of the attacks are punches, kicks, and palm strikes. The user begins to learn a bit about the body of the enemy here, finding out where to hit to make it matter. Tactical insight drastically increases, combined with the aforementioned increase in speed to finalise the Jyuuken basics reached at the end of the second stage.
Bloodline Control Abilities:
[BLC 1] Byakugan
Description: The very basis of the Hyuuga clan's techniques. The user's pupils will become slightly visible and the veins near the eyes will enlarge, becoming visible as well. The user is able to see 359 degrees around themselves and see the inner chakra network. They are also able to see through things and things that are far away, making it nearly impossible to hide from them.
Effect: User can see inner chakra network and dodging ability increases by 10%
[BLC 1] Jyuuken (Gentle fist)
Description: Causes damage to internal organs, by having chakra flow from the inner coils system - into every strike. Even the most subtle blow can prove devastating. The basic technique of the Hyuuga that allows chakra to be pushed out of the body through the tenketsu. This technique is required for every other specific technique on this list
Hakke Shou Kaiten
[BLC 4]
Description: A powerful defensive technique used to eliminate the 1 degree blind spot in the Byakugan, the user spins at high speeds while emanating chakra from the chakra points on their body. This creates a dome of chakra around the user, warding off projectiles and Taijutsu attacks.
Effect: Projectiles are deflected and taijutsu attacks up to Jonin level are stopped.
Hakke Kuushou
[BLC] 4
Description: Hakke Kuushou is a ranged Taijutsu technique utilized by the Hyuuga clan. Extending chakra from his body, the user will thrust his palm at his target. This will send out an invisible wave of chakra which can knock his opponent back. It is unknown if this wave can also collapsetheir target's tenketsu points.
Effect: Knocks opponent away
Hakke Rokujuu Yonshou (64 point hands)
[BLC 5]
With their advanced Byakugan the user is capable of rabidly striking all 64 of the opponent’s chakra pores, sealing them for an indefinite amount of time preventing chakra flow entirely.
Hakkeshou Nankan (Hand of the Eight Divinations: Barrier)
[BLC] 6
Description: The user focuses chakra into the palms and makes a dome of chakra much like the Hakke Shou Kaiten, but without spinning. Anything that touches the barrier is incinerated. This jutsu is somewhat more effective, since it can actually reflect ninjutsu attacks back to the attacker.
Effect: Jutsu are reflected and taijutsu attackers are incinerated.
Hakke Shiten Kuushou
[BLC] 7
A more powerful version of Hakke Kuushou, the user will thrust their palm at the opponent, knocking them back with a wave of chakra. The user will then repeatedly blast larger, more powerful chakra waves. This can be used as a close or ranged attack.
Hakke Hyaku Nijuhachi Sho (Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms)
[BLC 8]
With their advanced Byakugen, The user is capable of rapidly striking all 128 of the opponents chakra pores, sealing them for an indefinate amount of time preventing chakra flow entirely.
Effect: chakra is reduced by 1/2
Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujûichi Shiki (Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred Sixty-One Style)
[BLC 9]
This user is now able to close all three-hundred sixty-one chakra holes, thereby impeding the opponent from molding any chakra.
Effect: Chakra is reduced by 3/4
Hakke Shuukyoku Kaiten (Ultimate Heavenly spin)
[BLC 9]
Description: The same as Great Heavenly Spin, but is 8 meters away from the user and it can stop high level taijutsu and ninjutsu
Effect: All projectiles, ninjutsu, and taijutsu attacks aimed at the user are negated. If taijutsu attack hits the dome, opponent is knocked away.
Hakke Hasingeki
[BLC] 10
Description: User will use Jyuuken on an opponent, and upon impact, release an extremely large burst of chakra from their palm.
Kawanokami

The Hyuuga's field of Hakke is filled with a bright light coming from the Hyuuga's eyes. After that, an illusion will start, making the target think he stands on water, looking up at a blue sky. The Hyuuga who started the attack will appear like a celestial being engulfed in holy light, able to bring the enemy to his knees in tears. Slowly, the water and air collide, making the target suffer extreme mental pain and phobia before the mind finally breaks down. This technique can be lethal if the user wants to, because the illusion is completely choreographed by the user's mind. It is not so much the change of landscape that causes mental harm, but the weakness created in the target for feeling so helpless. This opens the mind up for any kind of mental abuse, implemented by illusions evoked by the Byakugan.

Ho-Masubi

Taking up chakra from everything in the full field of Hakke, the user engulfs himself with chakra from all around, drawing energy towards him like a vortex. Enemies in the field of Hakke will be thrown off their legs and pulled towards the user, where a huge combo starts of... It is more of a 512-hit combo, in which every tenketsu is hit, focusing a variation of the 64 hands on every Celestial Gate. This technique is extremely lethal, and almost impossible to stop... However the downside is that anything that steps into the fields of Hakke during the combo will not be affected by the vortex, and can easily attack the Hyuuga. the opponent as no chakra or chakra control left after this attack
